Redingote or Great-Coat Dress Redingote or frock; frock or 'redingote' made of moss green and soft pink silk; consisting of a frock with open skirt (a) and a skirt (b) embroidered with lily of the valley. This dress was worn on October 18; 1881 by Louise Six (1862-1934) for a tableau vivant on the occasion of the silver wedding of her uncle and aunt Six-Teding van Berkhout.
