Around a small; cross-shaped batiste in the middle is a lace border with eight deep scallops. These are separated by eight standing ovals; which are contained in c-volutes; and which include closed worked stars. The scallops are formed by 'rails'; outside of which goblets and double; folded acanthus leaves hang. Under the little ovals; a chalice hangs between two florets. In the corner shells there is always a rose with triple relief leaves.
