Lace pattern with two rows of elongated motifs on a ground with oval meshes. The row along the bottom forms alternately half an oval and a triangle; both filled with decorative ground. The row across the center of the strip forms triangles; filled with a decorative soil; with four small circles made on both sides with only contour thread. All motifs in linen with thicker and shiny contour threads. Contour threads are a-typical for the Valenciennes side.
