On the body in relief three times a printed and imposed elongated box with in the middle the coat of arms of Hamburg with the inscription 'HAMBVRGENS' and '1591'. Below a weapon with a castle; carried by two lions. On both sides of this the L眉beck coat of arms with the inscription 'LVBICENSIS'; '1591' and the signature 'H.H.'. Below a weapon with John the Baptist; worn by two naked men. Above each section a human figure surrounded by floral vines.
