It was necessary to arrive in 1813; the year of the conscripts. A certain Niepce tried to fixing the images of the camera obscura ... Niepce found the bitumen of Judea ... but; what matters most; he found on his way a Mr. Daguerre; inventor of the Diorama. Together they signed a treaty at Chalons; in December 1829 ".
