On the left Mercury with two slaves; in the background mining and melting furnaces for gold and silver. Two smiths or coin makers on the right. With her feet the personification treads a number of symbolic objects: mask; snake and purse. On the left a rooster in front of an obelisk with Hebrew letters and crowned by a portrait bust.
