Coffee Urn with Oriental Figure.

Silver with interior gilt. Wooden pommels. Pear-shaped form with twist fluting on three serpentine feet with stepped plinths. Waisted midsection from which two curved handles extend. Three faceted spouts; key with wooden pommels attached to a chain. Bell-shaped lid with scalloped edge. Finial in the shape of a kneeling oriental figure holding a small object in the right hand. Height 37;5cm. Ca. 1340. Condition B.
