Indonesia; Java. 1st half of the 20th Century.
Batik tulis on cotton; dyed with natural colours. Kepala with two papan in vibrant red. Width of weaving 106;5 cm; length 205 cm. Condition A/B. The colours are well preserved and fresh; the robust fabric is a bit stiff due to the wax; slightly soiled due to storage.Art trade; Van Ham.
