Trying to grab its wild youngster. Well carved and engraved; with a soft surface due to use. Inlaid horn-eyes. Well composed group; signed on an oval reserve Mitsuhide; famous for his representations of monkeys. LA p. 774 shows a similar group. Tiny imperfection at one foot of the bigger animal. Height 3;3cm. Condition A/B.
