Porcelain painted in qianjiang. Morning scene with the typical landscape in southern China with the title "In the morning the sun shines through the clouds. The water flows over the rocks and makes a sound clear like a bell". In the foreground; a scholar looks on the shore to a boat on the lake. Above a waterfall a traveler on a bridge. In the background the upper lake surrounded by mountains that rise in the clouds. 55.5 x 31cm; with frame 60.5 x 36cm. Inscription and signature: Xingjiang Zhang Zhitang. Seal: Zhitang. Condition A.
