Brass with silver inlays. Separate central figure from gold-plated brass. The tenth Tirthankara; who also is named Sitala; seated in lotus position on a lion throne in the center. Directly below is found his emblem; an endless knot; between two elephant heads. Above his head the honorary umbrella; the central figure is surrounded by numerous others like elephant riders; yaksha and yakshini. On the back a long inscription in devanagari script; also on the base of the figure. Weight 3490g; height 26.7cm; width 19.5cm; depth 11.2cm. Condition A/B.Art trade; Van Ham.
