History of Paris.Notre-Dame de Paris; around 1350.The construction; begun under the leadership of Bishop Maurice de Sully; extended for more than two centuries from 1163 to the middle of the 14th century. Her style combines early Gothic with Rayonnant Gothic. The two rosettes that adorn each arm of the transept are among the largest in Europe and are each 13 meters in diameter.
