Tigh Neachtain; known as well as Naughton`s Pub; has taken over the the former town house and city home of prominent pioneer animal rights activist ( Cruel Treatment of Cattle Act; in 1822) and civil rights activist and politician Richard Martin; called "Humanity Dick" (Colonel Richard Martin; 15 January 1754 - 6 January 1834); in 1894. The hare with binoculars shows hsi efforts.
