Meritamen, daughter of King Ramses II and later Great Royal Wife of Pharaoh Ramesses the Great. Queen Meritamen statue. The statue portrays the upper part of Queen Meritamen holding in her hand the 'Manat' necklace, which is used for claying in religious ceremonies to venerate gods. Abdel Razek noted that the statue was found inside her small temple in Ramesseum (the funerary temple of Ramses II).
