Louis Arthur Johnson (January 10, 1891 - April 24, 1966) was an American politician and attorney who served as the second United States Secretary of Defense from 1949 to 1950. Ernst Rudolf Johannes Reuter (29 July 1889 - 29 September 1953) was the mayor of West Berlin from 1948 to 1953, during the time of the Cold War. Otto Ernst Heinrich Hermann Suhr (17 August 1894 - 30 August 1957) was a German politician as a member of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD). He served as the Governing Mayor of Berlin (i.e. West Berlin) from 1955 until his death. John Jay McCloy (March 31, 1895 - March 11, 1989) was an American lawyer, diplomat, banker, and a presidential advisor. He served as Assistant Secretary of War during World War II under Henry Stimson.
