Duchess of York Lights Toc H Lamps -- The Duchess of York arriving at St. Paul's this evening . The Duchess of York this evening attended a service at St. Paul's Cathedral in celebration of Toc H. After the ceremony the Duchess is gong to the Crystal Palace where she will light 27 new lamps and bestow them on difference branches of the Toc H League of helpers, the flame being taken from the flame of the Toc H.
