Fossil remains of Knebelia bilobata, an extinct lobster belonging to the decapod (ten-footed) order of the phylum crustaceans, a large group of invertebrate animals. It lived from the late Triassic up to the late Jurassic eras. This specimen was found in the renowned fossil-rich Jurassic deposits at Solnhofen in southern Germany. Actual body length is 130 mm.
