Portuguese President To Pay State Visit To Britain -- Pictured here is General Francisco Higino Craveiro Lopes 61-year-old President of Portugal who , with his wife, is to make the first Portuguese State visit to Britain since King Edward VII's reign. The President and his wife will arrive in the Thames aboard a warship on October 25 and will stay for three days.
