Two Stage Evacuation -- An Air Base In Korea -- The 3rd Air Rescue Squadron SA-16 amphibian at left picked up a wounded Korean marine at island 125 miles from this base. After it landed, the patient was transferred to the helicopter, taking off to complete the journey to a rear hospital.
