International Road Race At Jersey -- At the wheel of his Maserati (No. 7) R. Parnell the winner is flagged in as he flashes over the line to win the Jersey International Road Race. The International Road Race which was held at Jersey, was won by 30 year old Reg. Parnell, who completed the race in 1 hour 53 rain. 33 secs., driving an Italian Maserati; his average speed for the 50 laps was 84.52 m.p.h. Second was D. Chiron (Maserati) and third R.
