Churchill's Summer Outfit - He Returns To No. 10 For Pay Talks - Mr. Winston Churchill, in summery outfit and smoking his customary cigar, returns to no. 10 Downing street, London, from the House of Commons to-day (Thursday) to meet members of the Trades Union Congress Economic Committee to discuss the hold up in pay increases for the distributive trades.
