The treaty transferring Russian rights in the Chinese Eastern Railway to Manchukuo was provisionally signed this evening at 10,00 p.m. at the Kojimachi residence of the Foreign Minister Koki Hirota, by representatives of Russia, Manchukuo and Japan. The formal signing is expected to take place on March 23rd. This is considered as of great significant as the first step of Soviet Russia toward the recognition of Manchukuo hy the country.
