The Speaker's Chair Being Renovated For Jubilee Celebrations - Man at work on the Speaker's Coach this morning. For the first time since the Coronation, the 2?-ton State Coach of the speaker of the House of Commons will take part in the King's Silver Jubilee celebrations. It is being overhauled in an apartment off one of the courtyards of the House of Lords ready for Captain Fitzroy's drive from the Palace of Westminster to St. Paul's for the Thanks giving service.
