Afghanistan's "Grand Assembly" (Loe Jirgeh), Which meets only on important Occasions, was convened by king Zahir Shaw in Kabul on November 13 to Discuss the plan for claiming a slice of Territory from Pakistan. The last time the grand assembly was convened was during world war two, when it decided Afghanistan would remain Neutral. More than 1,000 members are attending the assembly, which may last for weeks.
