Rioting In Calcutta -- Wellington square, in the heart of the Calcutta University section, packed with members of the congress and communist parities, the Muslim league and other Indian political organizations on the second day of the disturbances. After this meeting the crowd marched to Dalhousie Square, which police say is a restricted area, in the center of Downtown. It was after this parade that Rioting Broke out throughout the city.
