Practice Camp For A.A. Girls - Men and girls of A.A. Command with the damaged "sleeve" they have successfully brought down. Some of the girls who have chosen the A.A branch of the A.T.S. are being trained at a Mixed Heavy Anti-Aircraft Practice Camp in East Anglia. Their duties are to spot approaching enemy aircraft and to find the height and range of the target. For this purpose they are trained to be accurate by means of aircraft towing "Sleeve" targets and the excellent Performance they have put up has equalled that of men doing the same job. June25, 1942.
