Lieutenant Mountbatten Unveils War Memorial -- Lieutenant Philip Mountbatten performed his first public engagement at the little Wiltshire town of Corsham, Where for the past year he has been serving with HMS Royal Arthur, when he unveiled the town's war memorial, a Garden of Remembrance. Before the ceremony he was introduced to Miss A. Tennant and Miss L.J. Rigden who gave the garden to the town.
