Miners Join The Territorials -- South Wales miners are already doing a man's job in the pits, but that doesn't stop them giving a further ten hours a week to the Territorial Army. Gunner Ron Jones, 24, is typical of many of them; after a late shift at the Six Bells Colliery, Abertillery, he hurried straight form the pits to a lecture by R.S.M.
