First Photographs Of The Syrian Revolt Against French - Reports from Syria indicate that several thousands have been killed during the recent French Bombardment, refugees from various sections being caught in the bombarded area. The stories relate more of these evident massacres of the native druse Tribesmen and women, representatives of the Fiercest Aristocracy of the orient who have been in revolt against the intolerable cruelty of a small group of French whose activities, it is believed, are not generally known of by the French home Government.
