Miss Erica Ball (pictured), is seeing the result of 18 months' planning begin to blosom literally. Miss Ball, who is in her early 20's, has $60,000 to spend on making the Heidelberg Olympic Village a garden city. The "garden" will be on the 77 acres of land now being built on the village. She is busy buying 16,000lb of grass seed to plant 44 acres of lawn three acres are down so far nearly 3000 native trees for the backyards and streets (700 to the street, trees will be only 6ft hight), and 9500 shrubs of 20 to 30 varieties.
