Scott Arrives in England - South-West Africa's ambassador extraordinary, the Rev. Michael Scott, is seen on his arrival at Southampton aboard the liner Queen Elizabeth Dec. 15. He had returned from the United Nations assembly with a handful of tribal letters and 14 document packed boxes. The documents were the record of Scott's victory to state the case of South-West Africa against the aims of the South African Government, despite official British opposition and a walk-out by the South African delegate.
