Organ Builders: Known in the organ-building trade as a "harmonist". A Delormier is pictured "teething pipes". Largest organ in the United States, in the Emmanuel Temple in Boston, is a Casavant product with its longest pipe being 32 feet, the shortest three-eighths of an inch, and would to-day cost more than $90,000. One of its stops is a set of 68 pipes. January 31, 1951. (Photo by Malak, Camera Press).
