Dr. Reginald Stuart Jones, of Macquarie street, told the Acting-City Corner (Mr. A.G. Morgan, SM) today that he had attended a woman patient for 10 or 12 years, but had kept no record of attendance on her. Inquest is being held on the faith of Mrs. Sylvia Barnett, 38 ***** street, Caringbah, who ***** an operation, died in St George Hospital, on August 5 from general peritonitis. Dr. Stuart Jones said that Mrs. Barnett was a patient and a great personal friend. He did not keep a record of a attendances as he did not intend rendering an account. October 10, 1947.
