The photos were permitted to appear various publications some thirty years ago but the Tokyo Rengo has succeeded to secure these valuable and most rare photos, showing the gorgeous interior of the varios buildings of the Imperial Palace which is a forbidden sanctum not only to the Japanese people but the world at large.
