Chaplin Welcome Before The Storm -- Charlie Chaplin, the victim of a fruit and vegetable barrage in Rome tonight at the premiere of his newest picture, "Limelight, "was given a different welcome by director Roberto Rossellini, at left, on his arrival Friday in the Italian capital. Although the majority of spectators gathered in front of the theater tonight cheered the comedian, some members of the crowd pelted him with oranges, apples, broccoli and cabbages.
