Something Blue For Prince Charles John Moran Tully, Agent general in London for New South Wales, Australia, watches his wife pack pale blue blankets with satin borders in London today, March 8. The blankets, Twenty-four of them, have been specially woven in New South Wales for presentation to Prince Charles of Edinburgh. Tomorrow Mrs. Tully goes to Buckingham Palace to present them to Princess Elizabeth. Two hundred pairs of similar blankets are to be presented to children who were born about the same time as the Prince. All the blankets are the gift of the South Wales Government. March 16, 1949.
