The Princesses Arab Horses at Melton Mowbray - The two magnificent Arab horses given to Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret Rose by the Emir Abdulla of Transjordan, are at the R.A.V.C. Remount depot, Melton ***** (Leicestershire) for examination before being presented to the Princesses. With them is Farrier Q.M.S. Mahud Fakaria, of the Transjordan Frontier Force, who brought the horses to England. He is to take part in June 8th's London Victory Parade Mowbray R.A.V.C. remount depot. May 26, 1946.
