Praying For A Government -- This exclusive picture was taken in Downing Street, London, this afternoon. The photographer, waiting outside No. 10. for the Prime Minister, Sir Winston Churchill, Saw this elderly ***** enter the empty street from Whitehall. On the far side but immediately opposite No. 10. the figure halter, went down in his knees in a prying position. The elderly prayer was 60-year-old Labert Roche.
