All eyes are turned to Britain, where the General Election takes place on February 23rd., to see whether the people vote for the return of the present Labour Government which favours control of industry or whether they will turn to the Conservatives. The Conservative Party in its election manifesto, just issued, promises a Britain of work and freedom and that full employment will be maintained under private enterprise as it is with Labour's State Control.
