A manuscript written and signed by Peter the Great, the Tzar who, after a tour wearing of ancient costume. Peter worked, as an ordinary man, with his own subjects. Passionately found of the sea, he built his own boats - which eventually led to the creation of the Russian Navy. He never destroyed anything he couldn't replace by something he considered better, and based all reforms on his own practical experience. Working under a pseudonym, he learned gunnery at Konigsberg, shipbuilding at Sarrdam and Deptford, Anatomy at Leyden, and Engraving at Amsterdam. September 03, 1951.
