'olden Mile' Will Glitter For Coronation -- Some of the 50,000 roses, 10,000 yards of specially printed drapes and 1,000 huge chrysaline roses which will set London's 'Golden Mile' (Regent Street) glittering for next year's Coronation. This picture shows an artist's impression of a section of the scheme, which is based on three main features. Building fronts will be hung with vertical drapes; chrysaline roses, illuminated from within, will be placed at regular intervals at first floor level and a red and white valance will extend a long the cornice line of each building.
