"Titanic" Tragedy Still Remembered -- Carlo Caru Listening intently to his Father's story of Salvation. 41 years ago this Month the "Titanic" sank after a collision with an Iceberg while on her maiden voyage from London to New York. Of the 711 passengers on board only 400 were saved. Sr. Caru was one of these fortune people and even today his son, Carlo, Never Tires of hearing his father's story. April 18, 1953.
