A recent picture of Count Sforza the Italian Foreign Minister who withdrew his candidacy for the Italian Presidency because the Moderate Socialists would not support him. Count Sforza's chances of becoming President which appeared quite rosy after the second ballot, were wrecked by this move of the Moderate Socialists led by Signor Saragat.
