Oxford Has Britain's First Leviathar -- ***** Its way to the Oxford University boat club to-day The gangway for the coach is seen in the center. A 18-pared coaching hunt called, at ***** and built specially for the Oxford University Boat Club was launched to-day (Tuesday) at the Iffley boathouse of Mr. George ***** the Oxford boat-builder, and rowed to the Boat Club. It was manned by old Oxford rowing Blues. The leviathan is the first of ***** to be used in this country, though several are in use in America. In addition to the places for 16 barsmen, there is room for a cox and a coach, who can move up and down the noat by means of a gangway which ***** the middle of the *****. November 13, 1951.
