Man Behind The Big Fights. Jack Solomons, the London fishmonger who has become Britain's biggest fight promoter, lights up his cigar (he is rarely without one). An East-Ender, Jack fought himself until he was seventeen; then he decided he could make more and take fewer knocks getting other people to fight. Now he is Internationally famous and is extending his promoting activities into many European countries.
