This Picture Helped Dieppe Attackers. Allied troops who attacked Dieppe in the combined operations raid on August 19th. were guided to their objectives by photographs taken a few days before Army Co-operation Command Aircraft. Here is one of the pictures, showing the Dieppe waterfront. It was taken by a pilot who flew at "Zero Feet". In it see workmen scurrying to shelter (top left) and a sentry standing on the bridge; near him a small boy. At top right two women cross the road one on the right
