Gas Explosion Injures Five -- Firemen battle flames after gasoline from a broken line exploded at nearby Lawndale today, injuring five persons, three seriously. Officers cud the explosion occurred when workmen on a sewer repair gang broke a six-inch under-ground gasoline line. A store was destroyed by the resulting fire And a house was partially burned.
