Computed tomography (CT) angiogram in superior polar view of a female 32-year-old patient presenting clinical signs of pulsatile exophthalmos (protusion and pulsation of the eyeball). These clinical signs are related to an anomaly of drainage of the ophthalmic vein within the venous drainage of the disproportionate cavernous sinus corresponding to a carotid-cavernous fistula.
