5052665 No. 3 St.Barnabas\' Square, Douglas, Isle of Man, 1932-34 (b/w photo) by Frowde, John James (1868-1946); Manx National Heritage (Isle of Man); (add.info.: On the back of this photograph John James Frowde writes, "This house, No.3 St. Barnabas\' Square, was inhabited for many years by Mr. Wm Clague, usually referred to as Mr \'Lebu\' Clague, being one of the survivors of the Life-boat crew in the \'Lebu disaster\' in 1881; an event of which I have a clear recollection. Mr Clague, in later years, had a fleet of small boats which he let out to hire, during summer each year. In the winter, he stored them in his cellar. And such a cellar! Under the whole premises, with a triple bricked vault. The house next door, having the same. Preparing for each season, the cobbled space of the Square would be largely covered by the boats hauled out of their winter quarters."); by Manx National Heritage .
