Milliau Island hornfels. Very old metamorphic rocks, dating from the Precambrian (Cadomian orogeny, around minus 600 Ma). The beds correspond to turbidites, Cadomian submarine avalanches, the light beds were sands, the dark beds were clays, Trebeurden, Cotes d'Armor, Brittany, France
